how can i stop the pain

hi, my period was 5 days late, i have come onbut its very light, but my really problem is my boobs, i get very sore boobs for 2 weeks before my period, but because i was late, ive had the pain for 3 weeks and they are still very tender, to the point where i want to cry when i run up or down the stairs, what can i do to stop the pain, paracetamol doesnt work

Evening Primrose Oil, taken daily will cut down/eliminate the pain IME.

If paracetamol isn't working, try aspirin or ibuprofen - they are anti-inflammatory drugs so might help.

Nurofen and a flannel with peppermint tea on it placed over them. This reduces swelling and calms them down. Also keep your bra on in bed then they dont move as much. Hope you feel better soon. I really sympathise

Thank u, i did a pregnancy test that i brought from the £1 shop which was negative. they dont usually hurt for this long

You should be able to get both from your local supermarket. The peppermint tea will be in the tea section (cool peppermint tea first or you will add to your trouble lol) and the evening primrose you should get in the medicine aisle beside the paracetamol and vitamins etc. Hopefully if you have come on a little bit then it should start to ease soon.
