Help please with potassium (sp?) rich foods. :)

okay so my potassium levels suck and I've been topped up by the hospital via an IV..

I would really rather not go through this again.. so would like to keep on top of it via my food.

Trouble is.. I have IBS and so that counts out bananas, tomatoes and peaches.. I don't eat huge amounts of meat..

What else can I eat with high potassium levels in

are you not prescribed potasium supplements? those really rank salty tasting fizzy things?

not at the moment although I go back to the gp on monday .. I really would rather just eat the stuff as i seem to rattle with pills as it is
