citalopram and pregnancy?? Is it a real no no?

I am on 40mg citalopram and occasional buspirone. I have a mirena coil but there is a possibility that i might be pregnant.
I don't know what to do - to scared to do a test

Don't stop your medication and confirm whether or not you are pregnant, which is a far more pressing priority considering that you have a coil in place.
