dh (who is never ill) has had severe cramps, diarrhoea and fever for coming up to last two days. As neither dd or I seem to be affected I'm assuming its prob something he ate.
any tips on what he can to help him (we're away at moment so not so easy to get to doc) - at moment using paracetamol and imodium (which seems to have made little difference) and is drinking water/fanta .
really feel for him as he is clearly so ill so any other tips appreciated - not sure any point in seeing doctor as prob bug and no blood etc when he goes to loo and temperature not over 40.
