in 20mins. First time in about 2 years. Just about got the treatment for free. Couldn't go in pregnancy because I was so ill, couldn't go until now because of the DTs. I need a lot of work and today's appointment is 40 mins. Oh boy, I am so not looking forward to this. DH will be working overnight so I'll be feeling sorry for myself all alone with DTs.

clearly dentists do not inspire sympathy so I shall cry gently into my toothpaste as I make one last valiant attempt to purify my teeth before going.

no rescue remedy, but thank you for caring. I'm an absolute wimp when it comes to dentists. I get there and pretend that it's all ok, but inside I'm cr*pping myself.
