hormones in baby or baby acne

my dd is 3 weeks has had spotty face for 2 mw said it is hormonal too me it is proper teenage type acne spots that if i had i would want too squeze gettin diferent mums at school sayin could be this could be that dosent look very nice anyone else had this my ds1 didnt have this if it is acne how long does it last? help please x

From my experience it lasts for about 6-8 weeks but should then clear up. Doesn't look nice but doesn't last - thankfully.

ds had really blothy skin when new- mw told me to use cloth rather than cotton wool on face to get it a bit more exfoliated. worked a treat.
