Funny pains in legs

I keep getting funny pains in my legs. In different areas on each leg but has mainly been on left. Below the knee. Generally a small area. Sort of a pulsing pain that is mainly on the surface.

Any ideas anyone?

I should add that I am 44, v. over weight and sit on my bum a lot! I am kind of thinking poor circulation maybe? Pains just in last couple of weeks though.

Haven't flown for a while.
