I am exhausted
I can't sleep (insomnia for about 10 days now)

I should be unconscious

I am annoyed

Prop up on pillows so that your head is raised - helps with the breathing.

Have you had your quota of paracetamol/brufen tonight?

Hot bath/Ovaltine for relaxation before you try for sleep again?

KatyMac · 06/10/2008 23:17

2 hot baths so far

Milk make me throw up(that isn't an allergy or an intolerance btw - just what happens)

I can take 2 co-codamol but I haven't that much pain - s i would be doping myself up to sleep

I would be doping myself up to sleep.

And this is a bad thing why ???

ScareyBitchFeast · 06/10/2008 23:20

can you spend your insomniac time constructively?
read a book,
wash up.
i think they do suggest that sort of thing

BoysAreLikeDogs · 06/10/2008 23:20

Katy

Dope and sleep

Off you go missy, I promise you that you will not become dependent on a few nights' use.

I shall expect a report on the length and quality of your sleep tomorrow.

KatyMac · 07/10/2008 07:45

Total unconsciousness about 11:45 to 7:15

But I am still a bit woozy

Woozy is fine.

You had a decent stretch last night, yay.

Hopefully you'll feel better soon.

KatyMac · 07/10/2008 18:23

Well I hope so
