Pooh alert in DD...TMI but concerned.....

DD just came to me worried about her own pooh! It was grey and very very smelly. Don't think she has eaten anything massively different, Know I should keep an eye on her movements and don't want to rush her to the doctors the minute something changes but must admit to a nagging feeling......any thoughts. sorry about timing!!!

Id see what she's like over the next few days. I have a lot of poo issues in my house so timing is not a problem lol! She could just have an upset stomach and may be fine tomorrow. My DS once had some green poos and he was fine.
Just see how she goes and if its going on too long then get it checked. Thats what I would do. Let me know how it goes. x

Oh sorry you are feeling niggly,grey does sound unusual to me.

Has she had anything like blueberries recently? they have a very odd effect in my dc.

No blueberries, she's very limited on what she eats, not usually an overly worried mum, if it happens again I might ring the health visitor to set my mind at ease.

Yeah if its concirning you alot I would. See how things go and let us know. I seem to have a wiered fascination with pooh

Has she been having a lot of yoghurt or those drinks with pro-biotic in?

My ds's poo went grey and a bit grainy (like it had sand in it) adn when I spoke to the gp about it she said it was due to pro-biotics upsetting the gut. She said this pro-biotic phenomenon is doing us more harm than good. Changed ds's yoghurts and problem has never re-occurred.
