they tend to make me feel dopey

need to be up and out at around 8 ish tomorrow morning

can feel I am having some sort of minor allergic reaction and taking the piriton will at least mean I'm not itching and scratching all night but can't remember if it's going to make me feel 'hungover' in the morning iyswim

i never have, but then, i've only used it for insomnia.

I would be.... but get knocked out by non-drowsy hayfever tablets too so not im the best person to compare with... but i really really sufer for 24 hours with 'needing to sleep constantly' for 24 hours after an antihistamine

I've never woken up feeling bad and certainly not anything that a cup of coffee couldn't cure.

foxinsocks · 26/09/2008 20:31

thanks expat. I imagine if I take it now, it's got plenty of time to be out of my system so I should be OK. Will probably be more tired if I don't sleep.

I know what you mean nannyL. I used to get like that too!

Yes good plan edward, perhaps an early cup of coffee is in order tomorrow.
