Anyone suffer from Fibromyalgia or the likes of? Can feel myself sliding into the pit of energy drained doom and I don't want to go there......HELP

Yeh, but mine has become infrequent. Now that the nights are drawing in I find myself useless after 6pm.

I dont get the pains like I used to but the general exhaustion, its hopeless after a brilliant nights sleep I still feel tired after lunch and then my put son to bed I just want to sleep.

Its very difficult to go out in the evenings as I start yawning and cant wait to get home.

I have tried all sorts of things, wheatfree, caffine free, vits and everything else under the sun but I think its something damaged in the brain so unless a brilliant new drug comes along I just have to ride the waves.
