If you get sweaty there then probably - yes canasten cream should get rid but it will take a while. Also reduce yeast in your diet, mushrooms, pickles, alcohol, bread and sugar. Avoid tights and man made fibres - go for linen or cotton.

either that or some kind of contact dermatitis. After I had my DS, I developed a reaction to knicker elastic und used to get a similar outbreak if wearing elastic legged knickers or worse, things. A combined antifungal/steroid like daktacort cleard it up pretty quickly.
