I have to get a gold crown redone and
1 - I am afraid of dental work
2- I want to keep as much tooth as possible
3 - I would like it well done so I won't need to come back in 20 years!

I am willing to re-mortgage the house for a really good dentist!!!

yes, there's a good one on minshull street, called the optical express/dental express. i've been going there for about 5 years, expensive but good. but can't vouch for intricate work like crowning... only fillings. good luck.
