Try washing bras out in cold water to check if it is irritation.Very common complaint in a breast clinic. If it has not gone after a cycle see your GP. Depends on your age as to what it might be. May be early mastitis, not always pregnancy related. If you are 40s may be a burst cyst. PLEASE get it checked out if it does not go after your next cyle.If you are worried keep seeking advise even if your GP is not.
