Many years ago (when I had more cash) I switched to organic food.
I felt it had an immediate effect on my PMT and decided (without any expert knowledge at all) that it was the non-organic dairy produce at fault because of the hormones fed to the cattle.
Since then organic food generally has come and gone, but I have stuck with organic dairy and PMT has generally been Ok.
We were away last week and I ate what there was. This week I am grumpy has hell and my boobs are really sore (an old symptom I haven't had recently) and AF not due for 2 weeks! No I'm not pregnant
