I had several failed epis yestreday and my back is agony - if you can get what I am sort of thinking of, is it OK to spray it on I guess what is broken skin? Is there any other relief for the pain I can use? It hurts so much Thanks

You shouldn't spray these onto broken skin because they will sting like hell! Is the pain more towards the surface? Have you tried ibuprofen?

Thanks - the pain is surface, deep and also feels sore between my spine bits also! Can only take paracetamol I think (breastfeeding) but thanks anyway
