Chonky I have been taking EPO + starflower for quite a few months now and feel no different, I am thinking of stopping taking them, but on the other hand, what if the change has been gradual and I get worse, at the minute I am still terrible and think that I could never have been worse.

Twiglett · 16/02/2005 13:11

thought it built up over 6 months .. but might be wrong

Corrr - what a swizz

I've been using it for about 3 weeks - what a pain that it takes so long - Anyone know of any other immediate results

BubblesDeVere · 16/02/2005 13:47

Only thing I have felt that helps is REALLY REALLY strong painkillers (strongest ones they will give me) a wheat bag and a mug of steaming hot chocolate.

Been taking EPO for 3 months and have now started to really noticed the difference. Also take Vit B1 as well. Both recommended by chemist.
