call 999 if you think its so bad you can't get in, otherwise call NHS direct/NHS24/Your doctors. Could be lots of things

cluckyagain · 16/08/2008 16:32

Casualty - don't wait - it could be ectopic pg, appendicitis or host of other things. Alternatively it could be nothing but what's the point of risking it.

CrushWithEyeliner · 16/08/2008 16:33

oh shit Ok can't go on with call nhs direct as I can't move

are you ok?????

cocolepew · 16/08/2008 16:49

Phone for an ambulance, if it is so sore you can't even stand you need to be seen. Do it now

NormaStanleyBelcher · 16/08/2008 16:49

are you alone? You really do need to call if it is that painful. like clucky said could be appendicitis or ectopic.

Hope you are OK

(Oh and if it is appendicitis they can give you some morphine when you get to hospital - the best moment of my life (after the birth of my children obv ))

AvenaLife · 16/08/2008 17:08

Call an ambulance, take her with you. If you are in this much pain then do something now. They don't mind. I'm a student paeds nurse and we get parents calling ambulances for all sorts.

Don't wait for them to call you back. Just phone an ambulance, it sounds like an emergency and that's what they are for.

IllegallyBrunette · 16/08/2008 17:08

Yes they will let you take her with you. I did this when pregnant with Ds, had to take dd1&2 with me.

cocolepew · 16/08/2008 17:08

If you are really in agony then yes phone 999.

Fanlight · 16/08/2008 17:08

Fanlight · 16/08/2008 17:09
