Go back to A&E.
Stay there till you're satisfied he's been thorughly checked and you have a plan of waht to do next and when to return.
See a different dr or go to a different hospital.

phone nhs 24 - they will (hopefully) make you an appointment with someone who deals with babies - especially if it is a rash.

You haven't been back to A&E, a dr there didn't tell you this?
