Go back to A&E.
Stay there till you're satisfied he's been thorughly checked and you have a plan of waht to do next and when to return.
See a different dr or go to a different hospital.

Woah!

You're ok with a diagnosis from your pal in Italy via her paediatrician?
You haven't been back to A&E, a dr there didn't tell you this?
