Am TTC so have been taking folic acid but Waitrose didn;t stock the brand I normally take, so bought Seven Seas Vit B Complex with Folic Acid.
Wanted to check amount of folic acid in the capsule, so read the back of the tub and it says contains 400 (weird symbol which looks like a u with a bit that goes down on the right) followed by a g - does this mean mcg??
Does anyone know? I'm going to France tomorrow so can't go shopping around for my usual brand of folic acid.
