Breast pain and long hard vein thing - what is it?

The pain was a few days ago, it doesn't hurt now but there is this long wormy thing and a bit of puckering on the skin.
What could it be?

A blocked duct??

Could be a blood clot in the vein. Don't panic as surface vein blood clots are not nearly as serious as deep vein. But why not get it checked out at the doctor's if you're worried?

if it'd puckering i would get it checked - could be nothing, but whats the harm in checking?
