Ican feel my heart racing and like I need to take really big breaths. It is not connecting to doing anything energetic.
Do I need to see my GP? Asthma?
I am under a bit of stress, don't want him to say it is all in my head

Panic attack is my first thought.

sounds like palpitations. Do you drink a lot of caffeine?

It could be stress related though - doesn't mean it's all in your head

high bp?

Maybe low iron/anaemia? It can cause breathlessness and dizzy feeling

I always had low blood pressure before but only had it checked through pregnancies.
Only have 1 cup of tea a day and 2 coffees although I like it quite strong I suppose.
Yes I remember the heart racing part from being low in iron when preg so perhaps it is that.

Yes, have had these. I think it is a build up of stress and if you don't release that stress ie exercise - it will build up and you will feel like a steaming kettle. Do a little 10 minute run every couple of days or 5 minutes of press ups (or yoga or anything to release that uses up energy). You should notice a difference pretty soon.
