Got our holiday booked for July, it's a beach affair so i'll be donning my skimpies
I've managed to lose a stone over the last cpl of months and i'm happy with my weight. i just really need to tone up. i've got a cpl of rosemary conelly dvds which are good and at my level, so i'll try to do that 3 or 4 times a week. i really enjoy swimming & i got into really good routine with it not so long ago, but that's completely fallen by the wayside....
my main areas of concern are my tummy and bum. any suggestions for particularly effective toning exercises for those areas ?
any motivation tips ?
