My toenails are gross

Please don't read if eating:

Some of my toenails (esp on little toe) are yellow and crusty. Why is this and how do I get rid of it?

Fungla infection?
Paint religiously with teatree oil twice aday for at least 2 months.

fungal nail infection. Not dangerous, but infectious and quite difficult to shift. Tea tree oil if you like, or see the GP for an anti fungal to paint on. Don't share socks!

it's abugger but you're not alone! I cant shift a fungal infection, have had it for 8 years . I keep them painted with dark polish in the summer so I can wear open toes (bad idea to paint them btw) and try yey another cure all winter! Tea tree does improve things but it takes so so long for then nails to grow out.
