DS2, 2 and still in nappies, has little white pimples around his anus..................

.....anyone know what they might be?

Thrush? (needs treating with Clotrimazole/Canestan)
Bacterial infection? (needs treating with ABs)

Both get pretty read and angry quite quickly.

That's the thing DNA, they're not really red.

Trip to GP, I think. I just thought others may have come across it.
