Baby with Breast buds HELP advise needed

My DD2 is 10months old now, and has breast buds. She is BFed.
Its not just fat there are little buds right under her nipples. I have called Health visitor and she just kinda fobbed me off with "oh well your still bfeeding, so might be that". She hasnt seen DD, and this is a HV I never spoke to before.
Do I take her off to GP? Surely the hormones that were passed during birth should have gone by now?? TIA

my ds had little boobs when i bf him. i think it is normal. but check it out for reassurance.
apparantly bf babies can get little fat chests like boobies. maybe your hormones in the bm.
