Dd has impetigo...come and talk scabs with me...

She has scratched her excema which has then got infected, and now spread the infection to patches of very angry impetigo on her face, arms and legs

I have antibiotic cream for her, and have dressed her in long sleeves and trousers today, but any advice for limiting the spread anymore would be appreciated!

Tuck pj bottoms into socks to stop her getting at her legs at night - DS always scratches his excema more at night than in the day.

I'm sure you've done the usual, short nails etc.

Its horrible isn't it for them, doesnt take much for it to flare up or get infected. Hope it clears up soon. If it does get too bad the doctor can give you oral antibiotics as well as the cream.
