elsewhere I found reference to orchitis occurring in 1 out of every 5 cases so the 1/3 might not be very accurate either.

ah, its a cunning little secret button on the create or edit profile page. IF you have photos in your photo section, hidden or otherwise (and you will not under your new name but im sure you can move them) then it offers you in small print about half way down the list of things to tick, a drop down list of pics to choose one for front page. its v easy to miss, i had to search this time and i knew what i was looking for (you might want to get gentlyworry to do it for you)
