Hard lump on chest (NOT breast) should I be worried?

its between my collarbone and the top of my breast about an inch and a half in diameter and is hard. its noticable but not red or sore, o'wise mners wht can it be?

How far from the midline? If you're slim, it could be just a rib joint showing . My sis had extra ribs which poked out!

about an inch from my sternum. it only appeared yesterday.

If it's just appeared then I'm not sure what it could be - a cyst or lymph node?

Quite likely to be a cyst but go to the docs to be on the safeside. If it is a cyst antibiotics will clear it up.

Have you been to the doc yet? If it's getting that big that quickly, surely it must be an infection of some sort?

i dont think its anything to worry about, but its the last thing we need at the mo tbh.
