I tried thuja on ds's molluscum, and to tell you the truth I didn't see much of a difference. I was probably too inpatient though, but I guess anything is worth a try.

My chiropodist recommended using it in conjunction with zinc (?) tape over the wart. That ceratinly did work.

Is thuja an homeopathic remedy? Would it be safe to us on DD1 (5) volcanic mountain wart on her finger? With zinc tape as Malfoy recommends?

pgwithnumber3 · 25/07/2008 22:42

volcanicmountain

Hate the way it doesn't strike out with a damn space in the middle!

yes, homeopathic remedy

mmm, will give it a go anyhow, thanks all!

No, but I have used pure lavender oil directly on DD1's cluster of warts and they were gone after 10 daily applications, having resisted freezing and other therapies for about 18 months.

GrapeJelly · 26/07/2008 16:11

Can you buy zinc tape at any chemist shop? Is it with the plasters?

catsmother · 26/07/2008 17:00

Not on warts, but on DD's molluscum (along with tea tree ointment, and lavender oil & sea salt baths) ........ they were gone within 3 weeks.

malfoy · 28/07/2008 19:56

yes to GrapeJelly. It is with the plasters. Can't remember the exact name.
