Do recurrent hot flushes mean anything sinister? I'm 31!

I am regular but have changed my name because for various reasons I just can't be arsed atm

but I have been having hot flushes - they're definitely proper hot flushes, I had them when I was pg. I have had four this evening quite close together and they're horrible. Should I be worrying? Are they symptomatic of some awful form of female reproductive cancer or anything?
