Cough medicine, nurofen and calpol?

My ds has had nurofen a couple of hours ago, then calpol, he has a nasty cough (for which he has antibiotics for) is it ok to give tixylix night time too? Thanks.

does tixylix say on the label that it contains paracetemol? if not then it should be ok
