Please can some one tell me what "accomodative squint" means

dd2 (age 3) has a sudden marked increase to her squint.
The Opthamist (sp?) who I spoke to today said she had an "Accomodative squint" but put the phone down befor I had a chance to ask what she meant.
There is no answer on the phone now so thought I'd ask you wise lot.
