maybe a bit of an underlying rash on his back, but hard to tell. DD had something similar the other day on her body.
Anyway, the spots on his face are almost comedy like. Like someone has literally dabbed him all over with little pink dots. He doesn't seem bothered by them or iill in any other way. At first glance you'd almost not notice them. They look a bit like acne I suppose.
