Happy Birthday

I know some people have had bad experiences but overall I think it's a great institution.

Long live the NHS (and all its staff)

Absolutely, people who complain about it really have no idea what life would be like for many without it.

For what we actually pay in we get a huge amount out.

My mum was born pre NHS and remembers that her mum had to pay for her birth in a cottage hospital!

I've met several of its faults, and many of its brilliant people, and wouldn't be without it. Absolutely agree with OP.
