I am going into hospital on monday for keyhole surgery to remove a kidney stone and a stent. I know that I will have to have no toenail polish on from previous ops, but now I have gel nail overlays on my fingers - would that be a problem?

I wouldn't think it would be a problem, All they actually need is access to one clean nail, to take oxygen readings.
They wouldn't remove them if it was emergency surgery.
Good luck for Monday
