think ds1 may benefit form additional iron a s he is a bit fussy... can you get kids iron tablets
have had to settle for haliborange with iron - will they do? wondere dif they does may be a bit low

you could get spatone. (try boots or health food shop). It's sachets of water from an iron rich spa- absorbed easily as well. tastes a bit metally, but add to juice and fine. or try floradix- better than haliborange.

Cod, does he eat eggs? If so, make sure he has some vit c with them and that should help with the iron absorption.

cod- ds1 doesn't eat meat, fish, any fruit or any veg (inclusing things like beans). he'll occasionally have an egg. last time he was measured his iron levels were fine. Although I use other supplements I don't give iron very often (occasionally I use floradix or spatone if he's looking washed out).
