Dx with silent Kidney infection, from symptoms likely been brewing for several weeks..
On day 7/7 Abx some symptoms are a little better, eg less fatigue, brain fog reduced, breathing improved and more intermittent pain in side.
Otoh night sweats which subsided on day 2 of Abx are back and leg cramps, mainly feet and outer calf's are back.
3 questions
Any suggestions to help with night sweats, literally soaking through, worse than menopausal ones ever were.
Thoughts on how to relieve cramps, might try tonic water but other ideas welcome.
How long should I wait B4 seeing GP again with a view to more Abx?
Background, I have ckd following 2 hospitalisations of pyelonephritis in 2018/2019 but my. GFR has been gradually improving. No other confounding conditions.
