Can I give Calpol and Piriton at the same time?

My dd has chicken pox at the moment and her blisters seem to be really painful. I was giving Piriton for itching last night and wanted to give Caplol for the pain too but wasn't sure. She is 4.

yes, i've done it, when my son had a skin complaint thing, checked with the pharmacist first and he said it was fine.
