ECG Results - does the lack of a comment mean it’s normal?

Had an ECG last month, was told it was normal, logged into my NHS app to find it said RBBB - which stands for Right Bundle Branch Block….

Had a repeat ECG today, it’s on the app but no comments. Does the absence of a comment mean it’s normal?

Would really love to hear from someone else with recent ECG results in their NHS app to see if no comment means it was all fine?

depends on what sort of comments you're talking about. If it's an uploaded copy of the ECG and there's no writing it probably just means the machine doesn't make an interpretation. If the RBBB comment on the first ecg was computer generated it needs confirming by a human - quite often the machines are wrong. If there's no trace to look at and it's just an entry to say the test was done it probably just means it's not been reported yet.
