I discovered a lump on my neck last Sunday out of the blue when I was standing in a shop. It is about the size of a big grape and it’s sitting above my collarbone just to the right. I only noticed it as my jumper was annoying my neck. I’ve been to the GP and she felt it with quite a grave face and said that I needed an urgent referral to ENT. I have just had an appointment booked for the 27th of October but I am oscillating between not thinking about it and then panicking. I’ve not told anyone in real life because then it makes it real. This is quite hard even writing it here as I’m not sure I want to know the possibilities of what it could be, but I also do.
Can anyone help, advise or hold my hand? Thank you 🙏
