Wobbly Adult Teeth (urgent)

My son got kicked in the mouth tonight and one of his adult teeth at the front (the big rabbit teeth) started bleeding. Once we got that sorted out we noticed the tooth is now wobbly. Not massivly but I don't think it would take much to knock it out.

Should I take him to dentist or will it be ok?

Take him to the dentist, its not worth not taking him imo.

Definitely dentist.

Dentist. Very quickly! Any damage to the teeth could interfere with its blood supply so it should be looked at sooner rather than later.
