Recommendations for a full health check approaching 40

Approaching 40 and would like to have a full health check.

Has anyone had a full body MOT and did you go with a company you'd recommend? I'd like full bloods and body review really, cancer screening, heart health, diabetes checks. No specific concerns just want a full review to see where I am at and nip anything in the bud!

Thanks in advance!

Try Bupa clinics, they have lots of different types of screening

I’d probably start with your GP and see what routine checks you’re actually due for rather than paying for a huge package. They can look at your family history and risk factors and advise which blood tests or screening would be useful.

There’s the standard NHS check at 40. Why not use that as a starting point?
