Anti depressants and chest pain

I hate to post on here but I really need the reassurance, I’m currently taking fluoxetine 20mg, I’ve been on it for 3 weeks and I’m now noticing beneficial changes which I’m so so happy about, I feel more like me and I’m now able to do things I wasn’t before, however these tablets have caused me a lot of issues, stomach pain and it seems to have gone to my chest, I have horrendous chest tightness and pain in my throat which feels like it’s caused by chest pain, but I went to a&e and they did an ECG and blood tests and said all is normal, that I don’t need to discontinue the medication especially if it’s now becoming beneficial which it really really is, but I’m just in so much pain😭 can indigestion cause pain like this? They’ve given a PPI but it is playing on my anxiety because the chest pain is generally bad, but again been a&e and they found no cause for it except well docs believe indigestion. Has anyone experienced this? Will it eventually go? 😭 really do not want to stop the anti depressants as I said they’re working now and I finally feel more normal I don’t want to stop 😔

Reflux/ indigestion can be extremely uncomfortable - shooting pains into shoulder, up half the night with endless burning/churning. Pains in throat, burning tongue, acidic taste all the time.

Keep going on the PPIs.

You need to create a positive self talk mantra about this - 'I'm okay, this is just acid from the tablets, it's been checked out and it's fine, I'm going to distract myself/go for a walk' rather than feed any anxiety.
