Small itchy spots on side of hand

Does anyone get small, slightly itchy spots on the side of their hand? I only seem to get one at a time. It's been happening for a few months now and it's really odd. It's only on the side of my right hand, little finger side but not on the finger, on the back/side of my palm. They're not bites, no new soap etc and no one else is getting them. Just as one disappears I seem to get another one.

Could it be dishydtiotic eczema? I get that on the sides of my fingers, usually when I'm physically stressed

I was struggling to get a photo but it looks like this.

@Legoreflexology that's the only thing that my googling came up with! The photos online looked much worse than mine though. I've posted a photo above but it's under review atm I think.

They're small and red, when the photo comes through you can hopefully get a better idea.
