I posted this in autoimmune but thought it might be better here as thyroid related - In August I started alternating my thyroid medication between 87.5 and 100 as was told I needed a higher dose - I had tried 100 before but I felt overmedicated and had to stop. Well, the same thing happened with alternating and started to feel very overmedicated so a few weeks ago I just went back to my old dose - it’s been 4 weeks and although it’s got better I still feel overmedicated - recent results were TSH 2.28, Free Thyroxine 19.6 and Free T3 4.6. I know they are all normal and within range but I don’t feel normal at all! I am tempted to just stop for 2 weeks and ‘start again’! Anyone been through anything similar? Grateful for any insight!
