I want to try hypnotherapy to deal with my binge eating. I don't know if it's something they can help with but hypnotherapy worked wonders for a friend who was quitting smoking. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

You need to google the website for hypnoherapy- sorry can't be more specific, but only see someone who is registered with a professional body.

National Council for Hypnotherapy

The Hypnotherapy Association

General Hypnotherapy Register

These are the three main bodies and anyone registered with either of these will have had suitable training. Hypnotherapy can definitely help with binge eating. Good luck!
