Could lupus or MS explain ongoing symptoms and family history?

Feel like I have all the symptoms of MS, but the doctors never look into it as I was diagnosed years ago, (and soon undiagnosed) with lupus. My half sister has ms and Parkinson’s in the family and lots of autoimmune issues and every day I think these symptoms can’t be normal…

anyone on here in similar situation or been in it?

What are your symptoms?

If you really think you have MS, then absent a diagnosis start the Wahl protocol. Diet is incredibly important here.

Tingling, burning, severe fatigue, stiffness, tinnitus in one ear, headaches, crawling on skin feeling, face numbness, itching, sometimes feel balance is off. Struggling with my mood, feel like I’m changing as a person etc etc

I’m not a medical person, and think you should get a second opinion from another doctor and specially ask to be checked for MS.
However it would be worth also asking for your b12 to be checked too. A lot of your symptoms match with b12 deficiency which can be caused by auto immune ( mainly pernicious anemia). Afaik if you have one auto immune illness, you are more likely to develop another.
