Investigation for glaucoma and burst blood vessel

Im being investigated for early signs of glaucoma, i have an 'arc' on the field test i just need to find out if its significant and the person is off foe the school holidays

Twice now (in about 10 days) ive had a hurst blood vessel in my eye

Are they connected?

I made an opticians appt for Wednesday anyway

I bet its coincidence

Impossible to say if they are connected but you have done the right thing in booking in the opticians.

Investigation for glacoma says I'm all clear, monitor annually

And the eye is unconnected but as its my second in a short space if time, i should see the gp if I have another

Recurrent subconjunctival haemorrhages sometimes indicate high blood pressure so just check that.

I check my BP every few days and currentlybits normal

It was intermittently high about 6 months ago but settled down with increased levothyroxine
