Is this possible blood in my urine

My doctor wanted me to measure my urine for 24 hours as I have increased volume per void and regularly.

Not sure if this is a bit of blood or what it is really.

Not sure as I’m on my phone but that urine looks very dark, Are you drinking enough fluids as that looks like wee from someone who is dehydrated.
